I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Akron and have held my independent license since 2017. I use a strengths-based approach using an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
