She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Akron and has held her independent license since 2017. Lieske Counseling uses a strengths-based approach for all clients with an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS). In addition to therapy and TBS, Lieske Counseling and Consulting offers supervision hours for LSW's in the State of Ohio looking to obtain independent licensure.
